Treatment:

Run the installation program, the first check-box to choose, the second to remove.
Do not start the program!
Run Edius 8.53 offline.exe (from the administrator) in the serial number input field
enter the key from the key.txt file
Wait for the key to be installed, in the window that appears, REFUSE from activating this license.
Run the Registation key.reg file, accept the entry in the registry.
Find the AppMaintainer file, run as administrator, select the product in the window that appears
and select Online Repair from the drop-down list ...
Then click Yes
